Repeatedly watching one selected TV commercial and analyzing each shot in detail , paying special attention to different aspects of production such as editing, audio, camera angles and graphics, enables students to consider various techniques and intentions of the creator and learn different ways of expression that are available when presenting information to the public. |

Watch one selected TV commercial
as many times as needed to draw the storyboard per shot and analyze the commercial
from all aspects, such as editing, audio, camera angles and graphics.

The students
shall watch a TV commercial repeatedly to analyze the different aspects
of production (such as editing, audio, camera angles, graphics, etc.)
for each camera shot and type in the results into the provided worksheet. |

The students shall draw a storyboard
for each shot and use the presentation software to compile the final report. |

The students shall show the commercial
and sum up their findings while presenting the analysis results. The students
shall evaluate each others' presentations and shall type in their comments
onto the discussion board to review the lesson. |

Downloading
the commercial into the computer easily allows the students to watch the
visual as many times as needed to make their analysis per camera shot.
The students will have the opportunity to learn more about information
that is presented visually instead of verbally by analyzing a commercial
from all aspects of production. |
